Past
SeVeN M Group was established by Jens Ott in Austria, September 2001. One year later as part of the company's Eastern Central European expansion the company bought JoWooD Production's former distribution affiliates in Budapest and Prague. The transaction put the company onto firm footing in Eastern Europe. The takeover of former Dynamic System provided experienced teams and already extensive distribution network. 2003 SeVeN M Slovakia was established and the group took the lead in entertainment media distribution. During its short history SeVeN M rapidly became one of the largest and most effective suppliers in the field.

Present
Since 2007 May the seven m Group has new owner: through the control of the German cdv Software Entertainment AG a new era has started. With this transaction seven m gained strong and stable background and many possibilities. In the almost one year that has passed since the acquisition many contracts were signed with new publishers and for the whole Central-European region. The softwarepalett became more colourful, the portfolio multiplied, so we are able to fully serve the large demand of the customer. We are searching for new sales channels and additionally we supply external markets (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia) with products from the Hungarian office.

Future
Our goal is to provide high quality service to our partners and customers in the future as well. As in the past we will be attentive to their demand: being up to date in the stores with the blockbusters and also keep the good old classics on the shelves. Of course there are lots of innovations planned that will improve the company but let's keep them for the "present"...
